Q: If paperwork (BPR, SRCD) is missing ahead of an experiment, who should ops reach out to?
- A: The Beam Delivery Coordination Group (Brad, or alternate Spencer)
Q: If Operators have questions ahead of an experiment, do they reach out to the Beam Delivery Coordination group or Beam Physicist in Charge (BPIC) for the appropriate experiment?
- A: It depends on the nature of the question. In any case, we are team, so ask anyone in the Beam Physics and Delivery department and we will answer or direct you to the right person.
