Q: Who do Operators contact if they need assistance in delivering beam during an experiment (e.g. ask a question about how to tune, have an issue with a diagnostic, etc)?
* A: The BPIC.

Q: What do ops do if they reach out to the BPIC and do not receive a response? How long should they wait?

* A: Yes

Q: Where is the BPIC schedule published?
* A: On the beam schedule as a comment. BPIC is listed for the shift where their coverage begins and continues until the next BPIC is listed, or 'no BPIC scheduled' is stated.

Q: Is the BPIC transition at midnight? or who do we call on an experiment transition day (e.g., griffin ends, titan setup begins: is beam physicist schedule experiment-driven, or date-driven)?
* A: At the shift change, see beam schedule.

Q: What happens if the beam schedule changes?
* A: The beam schedule should be updated, the name of the BPIC (in the comment section of the beam schedule) is also updated.
